TERMS OF PURCHASE: In the event that the seller decides to sell it and the buyer wishes to exercise his rights of refusal of first instance granted under this contract, the following terms of purchase apply: TITLE: Within fifteen (15) days after the buyer has made use of his initial right of refusal, the seller must pass on to the buyer a certificate of ownership or a de-entry of property covering the property described in paragraph 1 , which reflects this marketable tax on the seller, and that elbe is covered by a legal insurance company that holds a licence for the state`s business – The certificate or summary will only be subject to the current year`s taxes, registration facilities and fees, as well as previous mineral reservations. If the seller is unable to make the property acceptable to the buyer within a reasonable period of time after the use of the due diligence obligation, the buyer may accept the property in its current condition without the seller being required to remedy a defect or revoke that contract. In the event of termination of this contract, all the money that the buyer pays to the seller after the execution of the agreement or in the event of a renewal is returned to the buyer and this contract is concluded without any other commitment from one of the parties to the other party. If the title is acceptable to the purchaser, the closing is completed within 15 days of the end of the “title review period.” In conclusion, the seller will transfer the property to the buyer only exceptions acceptable to the buyer by guarantee. ENTRÉE RIGHT: After notification by the seller of his request for sale and the exercise of the first refusal by the buyer, the buyer has the right to enter the property for the purpose of ground testing, engineering studies and measurement. The buyer wishes to obtain a right of first refusal or first option for the acquisition of certain real estate held by the seller; and OPTION OR FIRST REMBOURSEMENT: After the implementation of this agreement, the buyer paid the seller the sum of the “first refusal or the money of the option”. The money in the option is not deducted from the purchase price of the property and paid to the seller in return and for the validity of this contract. LAW Government: This Contract is governed by the laws of the State – TERM AND EXTENSION: The duration of this agreement is – years from that date.
