Azure Service Level Agreements

5.5 Your breach of the agreement. You are not entitled to a credit if you do not comply with your cloud service contract (including your payment obligations to us) at the time of the arrival of the event that gave rise to the credit. You are not entitled to a credit if the event that caused the credit did not occur, but for your violation of the cloud service agreement. For each Azure product and service, SLAs are available to define what happens when a service breaks down or the product fails to meet the specified availability requirements. Service credits apply only to fees paid for the service, service or service rate for which a level of service has not been met. In cases where service levels apply to individual service resources or separate service levels, service credits apply only to fees paid for the service resource or level. The service credits granted in one month of billing for a given service or service resource do not exceed your monthly service charge for that service or service resource, if any, during the billing month. Azure Cosmos DB is the database service distributed worldwide with several Microsoft models. It offers turnkey global distribution across any number of Azure regions, resizing and replicating your data seamlessly, wherever your users are. The service offers 99.99% full SLAs, covering debit, consistency, availability and latency guarantees for Cosmos DB database accounts, limited to a single Azure region, configured with one of five consistency levels or database accounts, that span multiple Azure regions and are configured with one of four relaxed consistency levels. Azure Cosmos DB allows you to set up multiple Azure regions as stopping points for a database account. In this configuration, Cosmos DB offers 99.999% SLA for read and writing availability.

The “assist window” refers to the period during which a service function or compatibility with a separate product or service is supported. Virtual Machine Scale Sets is a free service, so it has no financially supported ALS itself. However, if scale rates for virtual machines contain virtual machines in at least 2 error areas, the availability of underlying ALS applies to virtual machines. For more information, you can find virtual machines in ALS. We guarantee at least 99.9% availability of Azure Automation`s DSC agent service. For more information on the eligibility of Windows virtual desktop services, see the licensing conditions described here. Microsoft does not offer a financially guaranteed service level agreement. We strive to achieve at least 99.9% of the availability of Windows virtual desktop URLs.

The availability of virtual session computers in your subscription is covered by the SLA “Virtual Machines.” SLAs document the specific terms that define Azure performance standards, they define Microsoft`s commitment to an Azure service or an Azure product. 5.6 Turn off or remove surveillance or security services, service malfunction. You must notify us in advance if you intend to disable, block or remove surveillance or security elements from your service. We will not issue you credit for events that occur on services that you have modified without our consent. This shows that the probability of combined failure is higher than the individual ALS values expected in a multi-service application, which will therefore show more potential error points. We guarantee at least 99.9% availability of Azure Active Directory Basic and Premium services. Services are considered available in the following scenarios: Azure Container Registry is a free service and therefore does not have an ALS with financial support.
